HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Your order will be processed within 72 hours of purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, an email including tracking information will be sent to you with an estimated delivery date.
WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED?
If you have not recieved your order within 14 days after you have recieved the shipping email, please contact us by emailing dlaal@shopdlaal.com and we’ll do our best to help you.
WHAT IS OUR REFUND POLICY?
We offer refunds so long as your order has not been shipped. Once an item has been shipped or you have received your shipping details we are unable to offer refunds at that point.
If you would like a refund ensure to contact us at dlaal@shopdlaal.com.
We aim to process your refund within 7 days of acceptance.
DO WE OFFER EXCHANGES?
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. Please ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?
In the rare event that you recieve an item that is not in pristine condition, please contact us urgently on dlaal@shopdlaal.com and we will advise on the next steps. We will not accept any returns with damages without being notified beforehand.
