SHIPPING

Your order will be processed within 72 hours of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, an email including tracking information will be sent to you with an estimated delivery date.

DELIVERY

Shipping estimates are based on dates provided by shipping couriers and shipping times may vary depending on shipping location. Delays experienced by shipping couriers, credit card verification processes, customs holds & other external third parties are outside of our control and are your responsibility.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS HOLD

Please keep in mind that what you pay online for your order does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and we do not reimburse customs or duties costs. If customs fees are not paid in a timely fashion there is a high risk of the item being returned to us so remember to check your tracking information regularly for any updates.

WHAT IF I DECIDE NOT TO PAY MY TAXES, DUTIES OR CUSTOMS FEES?

Prior to making your purchase, please ensure that you are aware of International taxes and duties being applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. The payment of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility. If payment is refused, the parcel is sent back to us which will result in a refund minus shipping fee and restocking fee.

WHAT IS OUR REFUND POLICY?

We offer refunds so long as your order has not been shipped. Once an item has been shipped or you have received your shipping details we are unable to offer refunds at that point. If you would like a refund ensure to contact us at dlaal@shopdlaal.com. We aim to process your refund within 7 days.

DO WE OFFER EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. Please ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase.
